Practice Charter

These are the guidelines we follow:

  • Never to discriminate against people on the grounds of race, class, age, sexual orientation, ability or religion.
  • To respect other people and their property as we want to be respected ourselves.

 

Zero Tolerance

Verbal or physical abuse will result in immediate removal from the practice list.

Behaviour that disturbs or offends other practice users or staff, or which presents a threat, actual or potential, is unacceptable.

In the event of violence or abusive behaviour towards staff or other practice users, we have the right to refuse to provide further medical care, and in extreme circumstances, to involve the police.

Breakdown of Doctor/patient relationship

Warning of possible removal from list will be given in previous 12 months

Punctuality

We ask that patients are punctual. Patients who are late may have to be asked to rebook otherwise, it will cause inconvenience & delay for other patients.
